Default gettin b18b1 ready for turbo....input please

i just swapped a 96 b18b1 in my 92 hatch and i plan on boosting around christmas time....i've been trying to read and research things i can do to my engine until then...can i get some info on things i should focus on doing before i go turbo...i dont care if u give me a looooong list of things i can do lol im just trying to learn...thanks

research research research... learn how a turbo and every component of it works... then boost. remember the most important part of a turbo setup is the tune... it is all in the tune. get a full standalone chip and socket tune or a engine management system tuned by a tuner.

my suggestion is to put some pistons, rods, bearings, headstuds in the motor at least. maybe a port and polish on the head. streetable turbo would be like a sc61 or a turbonetics 60-1 a little lag but good power... if you want a little quicker spool a precision 57 trim would be good
