Default clueless- IDLE PROBLEM

Ok well i have an ls-vtec turbo with precision 1000s my idle surges from 1-2000 rpms and its inconsistent sometimes fast sometimes slow. I have no check engine lights. ive cleaned and changed my IAC also cleaned the throttle body and put a new gasket also cleaned and tightened the fast idle valve and then changed it when that didnt work. The iac is working because when I unplug it the car just dies. I dont believe there are any vaccuum leakes, i sprayed wd40 on all potential leave points while the car was running and nothing changed.

Also the car runs fine off idle, my tuner couldnt even get the car to idle right.
Ok well im leaning towards something with the resistor box wiring/ injectors. Is this possible? anyone ever had a similar problem? I wired the resistor box in by finding continuity to the injectors, puting each one to one of the common colored wires on the resistor box and then putting the remaining three wires from that group of seven to the different colored wire on the resistor box. i just soldered the other seven to eachother. Sorry for all the information but i figured that would make it easier to get an answer. Any help is much appreciated thanks. If any other info is needed just ask.

You might want to clean the fitv, this will cause it to hunt or roam around also and can be the cause many times.

fitv is easy to check. when the car is warm, is there vacuum on the lower hole in the tb?

He said he cleaned and screwed in the fitv. Problem with the tune maybe? how about trying a throttle body without a fitv on it.

no vaccuum when car is warm, and i did clean and tighten and go over it all. the tune is fine as well. I couldnt get it to idle right so i had it done at NRGTECH they couldnt get it to idle either.

could it have anything to do with the tps by any chance? im reachin here.

Idle screw is 1 1/2 out and next i will be blocking off the fitv but i dont think that is t because the port in the throttle body for the fitv doesnt have any vaccuum pulling through it when the car is warm. i can cover it with my hand and nothing changes. Im going to take the manifold off this weekend and check/ replace every gasket and o-ring if that doesnt fix it, then im completely lost.

i no it may seem kinda dumb but not really. i had a bad idle problem. did everything idlewise nothing worked. bled my coolant lines better and and boom it smoothed out. i guess that it was something with the fitv or iacv whichever has coolant going thru it.

i had the same idle problem yesterday, but i fixed it. when i took out my fitv, i noticed that the tube that connects to the hose was completely clogged!!!! i cleaned the whole thing and now it idles at 1200rpm, you should also check your coolant hose that it is not clogged just to eliminate the cause of the problem.
