my cluster lights, dash, etc do not work.

the 15 fuse amp keeps on blowing once the car is turned on.

how can i figure out whats wrong?

 

More than likely you have a Short somewhere. It's a bitch looking for it.

 

Have you done anythinge to any of those items? If you have start from there. Does it blow as soon as you turn your car on? Or does it blow like when you turn on your lights?

If you have installed, or someone else installed an aftermarket radio in the car, check the wiring back there. I had a problem with mine and when I would shift hard it would blow the fuse, due to a wire touching the exposed metal back there.
