Default 1997 Accord - air conditiong gauge pressures?

I've got an A/C gauge manifold hooked up to my 1997 Accord (134a)

Any ideas on what the low pressure gauge should read when the system is fully charged? I know this is going to vary depending on temp, humidity etc, just looking for a guide.

EDIT: also, if I purge teh system with a vaccum pump and replace it with the correct amount of refrigerant (I think it's 22oz), do I need to add any PAG oil? I'm not replacing any parts, and as far as I can tell it's got no real leaks.
