are you planning on leaving the head (casting) stock or are you gong to get a port and polish?
are you going to get aftermarket cams and valvetrain or leave the stock ones?

B16. Almost as aggressive as the Type-R heads, and wayyy cheaper

if you are going to port and polish the head and get new cams, etc. I would get the cheapest vtec head and go from there.
