Default ls-v vs ls-t

Im trying to decide whether to go ls/vtec or ls turbo. People are saying boosting would be cheaper and more power but I'm looking for something that will be reliable. My ls is a DD and I need something that will last but i also want a lil kick in it too. What is more realiable, Ls/vtec or ls-t. On a b18a btw

in the long run you should do both. however, if your just lookin for some fun and its your DD just go ls-v with some nice bolts on's and a good tune.

^i see what youre saying but i do also have a limit on how much money i want to put into the project. Now that you put it this way its kinda hard to ask this question lol . Lets just say necessary components, which is more reliable. Or even just swap a gsr motor in there and have the reliability of stock honda motor.

You can spend less than 2,000 to have a reliable Lsvtec turbo.

yeah reliability is key. depends on your budget right there. to do both under $2000 i dunno. With everything aside, you really can't beat a turbo for quick power, hands down. Lets just say if vtec was enough i wouldn't of went turbo
