Just got done with an engine swap but the fuel pump appears to be not working. Checked the fuel pump directly with a 12v source and it worked so I checked the terminal and got no voltage. Jumped the main relay from the bat + to the fuel pump and it worked. Jumped the ign. to the the fuel pump and it read 1.5v. Ground continuity seems to be fine. Has anyone had a similar problem and knows how to fix this?
Can you be more specific on which engine and which chassis?
I'm going to shoot in the dark here... if you did a B18 into an OBD2b Civic and are running an Integra ECU, you need to swap a harness pin. Civic fuel pump is A16 and Integras are A15. If you de-pin and swap to A15, your pump should prime.

I'm sorry. It's a 1994 Del Sol Vtec. I just took out the engine to fix it then put it back in. It's OBD1 and was running fine before. I replaced the main relay and it still didn't work.
