Fuel Pump NOT turning on. Need Help!
I recently did a motor swap and the fuel pump doesn't work anymore. When the key is turned to the on position the fuel pump does not turn on and the check engine light isn't turning on also. I thought the main relay was the problem, so i replaced it, but doesn't work still. Do i need a new fuel pump or what?

check all the wiring with a DVOM and see if maybe you have any loose connections. don't assume it's the fuel pump right away, there is a fuel pump ground that i have been told goes a lot on civics. my friend has gotten numerous civics from the junkyard and found that it was a bad ground connection to the fuel pump that was the problem. just check all the wiring and if you can't find anything wrong with that, connect the fuel pump directly to a power source (i.e. the battery) and see if it turns on.

check and c what u have power to... i.e. if u pwr to accessories like radio, ciglighter, domelights and stuff like that, and when u cylce ur key and your fuel pump is not priming, then chenc ur ground from the body to the tranny.....thats ur primary ground bro... i had the same problem and when i fixed that, worked like a glove.
keep me posted and lmk if i can help anymore.. feel free to pm me bro
