Default not enough fuel. fmu, or clutch? trying to diagnose

1995 accord ex f22b1 turbo
t3/t043 .57 trim
2.5 dp all the way back
running fmu and stock pump, injectors
running 5 psi set by wastegate

when i accelerate hard *sometimes* it feels like it is falling on its face or slipping or not geting enough fuel.

my question is is it not enough fuel due to lack of tuned ecu(fmu sucks) or is it my clutch? i have used fmu first on d16 and a b18b until i got a tuned ecu(p28) with better results.

i have a p28 ecu ready to be sent to phearable this week, dsm blue top 450's and a walbro 190 lph. i am hoping to put the pump and a new fuel filter this week.
i am hoping this will help the issue or just fix it.

btw my clutch is an act 2600 with 11 lb flywheel with about 30k on it. turbo has been on the car for about 3000 miles. eith way a clutch is in my future i am just trying to diagnose the problem.

and i know a tuned ecu from phearable with the 190 pump and injectors is a big step in the right direction i just hope that is the only problem at this time.

THANKS

you have to have a aftermarket fuel pump when using an FMU or chances are the stocker wont flow enough fuel. i'd start there cause your gonna need a good fuel pump regardless what you use to tune.
