i bought a catch can from B R fittings installed two lines running from the fittings on the back of the block to the vented catch can it idles at 3k and when i disconnect both lines and plug them with my fingers the idle goes down am i doing something wrong i have read the positive crancase ecv thread i just do know what would fix it? thanks any help is needed

do you have a hose running from the intake manifold to anywhere on the valve cover or block?>
