Weird noise after connection IAC cable to ECU
Hey guys,
i have and 98 Civic hatch , with b16a2 swap.
till today i had my CEL on with IAC error code, i checked it up
and realized that the IAC was not connected to the ECU (the + cable)
i found the cable in the harness connected it , and the CEL gone , and IAC working.
New problem:
when i turn the switch on , and get the CEL and all other lights on ,
if i turn the switch one step back (when cel still on)
i hear weird noise coming from the right size of the dash (passenger side)
if i wait till the cel turns off , and then turn the key back , it wont do any noise
here is a vid i took today, turn vol on to hear it...

any help will be very appreciated,

Somehow, sounds like you have a ground backfeeding. Didn't watch the video until just now. I notice a lot of the idiot lights stay on but they go dim. Double check all the grounds. The ones in the car by the dash, the one from the trans to the passenger frame rail, the one from the driver side engine to the rad support, along with the other one on the rad support. Make sure they are clean and tight.
