Forbidden Motorsports customer service

Have any of you guys had poor service with jeremy from forbidden? I purchased a cooling plate from him well over a month ago. April 24th actually and he said he shipped it. It never arrived so i emailed him to let him know that i had not got it yet. He asked that i send proof of payment since i am sure he has alot of orders. So i forwarded him my paypal receipt to him as proof.
Service was great for the first couple weeks while i was trying to figure out what was going on with the cooling plate. He gave me a tracking number but it did not work. I informed him about this but it wasn't until i emailed him about this and the fact that i have not got it with proof of payment that i am now getting zero response from him.
All i saw was great reviews of the products and the service. I have been extremely patient about this. a 5 week wait is pretty long
Anyway, i am just curious if anybody else has had this kind of service or if i am an exception. I am not trying to bash the guy, i just either want a refund or to get my cooling plate...

I still check email....and this site multiple multiple times throughout the day. Did you send me an email that I didn't reply to? I have had a couple people say the same thing. If you want to PM me I'll give you another email to get in touch with me at!

i didn't think that was the case. All i have heard was great things. It was actually in an email that i sent and it was not replied. I'll resend it with the info again and i'll pm it to you as well later tonight. thanks for the reply.
I order a cooling plate from him over a month ago, and when it didnt arrive for 2 weeks, I got in contact with him, and he said he was out of stock on them.
He said hed make some more, but I said, I want my money back. He said hed be happy to refund the money. He eventually did.

no not, i have been working non stop and unable to access a secure computer. I will send it later tonight when i get home. Thanks for keeping an eye open though.
