They just recently went through managment changes so yes, things have gotten alot better. I just bought my ACT through them like 3 months ago, worked out great and got it quickly.

my friend ordered something from them and never got it, and she took them to court on it... She then gave him some reccomendations on what he should do to have better business practices...

I personally tried to contact them numerous times over a kit that I wanted, and no one every answered the phone... It sucked...

I dealt with them last year and their customer service sucked like some people said. I order several things on the web and I called to confirm my order. Took me a week to get ahold of someone cause no one answered the phone. Then the following week I got ahold of someone and they said it would be shipped that week. I waited two weeks and had problems getting someone on the phone again. At this point I was furious and wrote them email saying I would cancel the order on my credit card if no one called me.

Finally after 2 months I got my stuff.

I ordered my showoff front bumper from them like 6 months ago. I ordered it while they in the process of switching to new management and a new location. It took like a month for me to get my bumper but I got it for a good price. I didn't have a problem with the customer service, I just wish they would have told me about the changes going on and let me know it would take longer for them to ship my parts. I heard they are better now with new management. Good luck!
