welding t3 flange on t4 turbo?

welding t3 flange on t4 turbo?
can this be done? the manifold i wana get(because its cheap, and mine is falling apart) is a log mani and you cant cute off the flange on this mani, so the only option is to cute the t4 flange off my turbo and weld on a t3 flange. just want to clarify to see if it can be done. thanks

OP, you also may have the option to buy a T3 turbine housing for your turbe depending on what you have.
but no matter what:
