Default Cleaning Axle Grease from wheel well...

So i just bought my car and it came with two bad axles with badly ripped boots "which i replaced already" and lemme tell ya, out of all the dirty wheel wells i've seen in my time this is pretty damn bad... Both axle boots were ripped and theres is axle grease EVERYWHEREEEEEEEEEEE, and its like dried into the undercarriages surface.. I took a screwdriver and scraped off a layer an the screwdriver went in about 1/4" before it bottomed out to start scraping, so that **** is like super caked on there..... Any good suggestions for cleaning that ****..?? I was thinkin prop the car up on some jackstands and use the pressure washer but wasn't sure if that was a good idea to be doing since all the brake components are right there ya know, don't wanna fukk anything up with to much pressure.... I've never used simple green or purple power **** so i'm not to sure on what works good, any suggestions..?? and ps, its also all over the inner side of behind the 2 front wheels also so i'd wanna clean them as well... Thanks in advance...

I also thought about that, but i'd probably have better results using a paint scraper or something and than following up with a wire brush of some sort... I just cant believe how caked on there this **** is, looks like it was sprayed on for durability lol... So about 10 cans of brake cleaner oughta do the job i suppose.. I just hear about all these other products that people swear by, wasnt sure if any of them would like melt the grease to make my job easier... Thanks for quick response...
