OK found out the plugs were bad they were so old Moses probably helped install them. So had all 4 plugs replaced w/premium bosch plugs...now its overheating. Tried bleeding the system, no luck. The upper hose gets hot not lower. Previously replaced rad, & cap, & therm this wasn't happening prior to replacing plugs. FYI I got this car 94 civic dx from my brother who did little or no maintenance. Don't want u guys to think I'm a total idiot.

Yeah i'd definitely try the radiator flush than, ya never know when that things gettin clogged up, and if u live in a semi-warm environment and your lower radiator hose isnt getting hot, than either A. Thermostat is busted B. Radiator is busted or C. Its like 5 degrees out where u live and ur thermostat serves no purpose lol....
