oh yeah thy made stickers! someone put those stickers on chips too it seems...

 

haha well i figured it wasnt actually mugen as there was another chip the exact same that said spoon on it. so i'm guessing these are complete bullshit?

junk. They are not real mugen, spoon, or any other name brand they advertise. Just some guy with a chip burner that changes your rev limit and messes with fuel and ignition maps.

and no, a stock h23 will not make power that high

i wouldnt buy a chip on ebay haha but i wanted to know what it actually did...and its pretty much nothing but screw your car!
