there are so many different factors that come into play when deciding which turbo and what psi to run, nobody can just tell you what to do. You have many options. It isn't need for speed where you just buy a stage one or two kit. If you read enough, you will learn what you need to know. There is no "best" turbo, and absolutely in no way can anyone just tell you what psi you should run. 8psi may be safe on one turbo, and instant catastrophe on another. Read turbo build threads. Read about different peoples build experiences, that will help you make the decision for yourself. If you seriously can't decide which turbo you want with all the information avaliable on the internet, you probably shouldn't be attempting to turbo your car
keeping your a/c depends if you can get a manifold that will have enough clearance. there are hundreds of different exh manifold designs.
