Would a "chattery" LSD cause a knock sensor CEL?

Would a "chattery" LSD cause a knock sensor CEL?
Ive been having issues fixing my code 23. I've checked the wiring and all looks to be good. Just trying to eliminate possible causes. One of which is I have a Kaaz LSD and its pretty clanky at low speed turns. Would this possibly cause my ecu to throw the knock sensor CEL?

knock sensor CEL is on, replace ecu replace knock sensor and the CEL is still lighted up!!!!!!!!!!!!
