i swapped the ls to my crx, i did replace new thermostat and aluminum radiator, i did bleed the air out from the cooling system, i did check cooling fans operated, everything was fine at idle, then i took it out to test drive for awhile 30min approx with 40-60 mph, then my lower radiator hose got cold and pressuried to the radiator cap and made my coolant reservoir boiling and spilled out, i have no white smoke
any idea?

 

does your heater work... if not, possible blocked heater core....

 

heater is working when lower got warm, but when lower hose getting cold then i will have no heat.

 

rad cap?

 

i just replaced new radiator cap just 3 days

 

I would recommend flushing the system by taking off one of your heater hoses and puttting a water hose to it and do the same thing to the heater core. Sounds like u got a blockage or air pocket
