Default HID?

i have a 95 Civic ex, looking to install an HID kit. Im pretty sure i know how to put it in, but im not sure what to order. Ive heard the kits on ebay are junk, but they are rather cheap. And my civic has 1 bulb (high and low combo) - if i get a low beam conversion only, do i need a high- only bulb on my stock ballast?

Basically i wanna get it done right for the cheapest price possible...

Getting HIDs done right means you need to retrofit projectors into your headlights. Doing anything else will just throw glare everywhere and **** off people. Research retrofitting, as it can be done pretty cheaply, and it will look 10000000 times better than just HIDs.

retro fitting done pretty cheap??? whaatt?? how cheap??ohhh and heres a tip..always use a relay that gets power from the battery..u dont want to fry u wires by drawing all that power from the ballast on start up. and that will save u from having only 1 side light up
