Well I have a 92 Gs-R and I took the Abs setup out. It's been driving strong for about a year and a half. Out of no where Friday, the brakes lock up. Heres the problem. When I turn my car off, the brakes free up. The more I press down on the brakes, the stiffer the pedal gets and the harder the brakes grab. Its like the pressure isn't releasing. I don't need to make sure it's the right booster because I know it's the right one because the guy before me put the wrong one on and we fixed it. So Im guessing I either need a new master or booster.
Oh and it locks all 4 brakes up.

How full is your master cylinder? Is it filled to the top? If the MC is filled to the top with fluid the brakes will self apply because it has no where for the pressure to go except to apply the brakes. That's the only thing I can think of that's making all 4 brakes apply. Eaither that or the replenishing port or vent port in the MC is bad.
