VTEC SOLENOID
ok so i noticed an oil leak leading to my vtec solenoid.... when i took it of i found metal scrapings in the filter that it has dont know what that meens any help would be apreciated

ok so how do i know when ive spun a RB.......my engine is still running good i did notice a slight power loss could that be my prob a rod baring

Hmm, metal shavings isn't good. If you had a rod knock I'm sure you'd know. sound like a hammer smacking the side of the engine block and gets faster as the rpms rise too.
