Default Hytech Twin Loop Muffler Installed * 4TH GEN Review

I haven't seen to many posts on this subject so I figured I'd share some pics and thoughts with anyone contemplating buying a Hytech twin loop muffler.

Some comments:

1) From the initial phone call to delivery I waited about 3 weeks to get the muffler fabricated and delivered to Ontario, Canada. I was very pleased with Hytech's service (John was great to deal with)

2) I purchased this muffler because I was sick and tired of hearing my loud exhaust day in and day out. (Thermal Classic). Build quality and performance were also important.

3) Looks great and sounds much better IMO. Still has a bit of the low deep tone my old muffler provided but about 50 - 70% quieter, I figure if I want it to sound stock a larger resonator would be needed.

4) My old exhaust was 2.25 inch and the muffler is 2.5" piping so I had my mechanic fab the piping from the axel back with 2.5" pipe.

So enough talking here are some pics, I've very happy with it -sounds great.

The piping and install about 300 and the muffler was 400, very pricey but well worth it for me as I've regained my sanity, I actually enjoy driving my car again.

Considering I just paid more than that for a high flo cat and RSR exmag it doesnt sound bad at all. You car is very nice btw. How did you run a 13.7? I ran a 14.8 but I had stock exhaust and it was my first time at the track. Im looking for 13.9.

John is an awesome guy and does great work. I know first hand. ALOT of people over look hytech but then ones that purchase are always pleased and with good reason
