you can pick up a new b20 for 500 to 600 all day at the junk yard with allot less miles and a b16 head for 400 or so and then you just need the ls vtec kit or b20vtec kit that you can get for cheap than you will need a ecu it's kinda of a pain in a$$ but if you know some that can help around town it would be usefull

Word, VTEC your CRV. I did and I love it. You'll be impressed with the added power. Let me know if you need some advice!

I think its a bit more complicated with a H22 head, but its been done before. They have H2B adapters. Its too bad I'm a noob or I'd ask you to send me a PM and I can email you a really good writeup on all the parts you need for your build. Is your CRV auto or manual?

You friend is an idiot. Putting an H22 in there would be an incredible amount of work and completely custom.......waaayyyy more than you can handle at your current skill level.

Just put a B18 VTEC head on it if you have to have VTEC.

You definitely CANNOT put an H head on a B block No one has ever put an H22 head on a B-series block, where did you hear that?? Do you know what an H2b adaptor even does?
