wrong as in the incorrect ECU? check the side lable, it will start with 37820-XXX-XXX those numbers tell you what it is. the first set are the main indicator, the second set are details about the ECU.

wrong as in it's showing a CEL that it shouldn't?
wrong as in it's broken?
wrong as in it's running the car like crap?
