new head timing question..

Default new head timing question..

so last weekend i bent a valve on my 98 us gsr so i went ahead and bought a 99 b16 head,how shiuld i bo about getting the timing right should i put the motor at tdc on cylinder one and then line the cam gears up or is this wrong and theres a more correct method....please give input

thanks for the input........i forgot that i had a acura dealership repair manual got my answear tdc the block by lining the white crank pulley mark up with the cover and set cam gears with the arrows pointing up and lines lined up.......
