Well I just got my car back today and it wasnt as bad as i was expecting. My gsr still had the engine and trans but they did get some stuff from me. The stereo system, valve cover, air intake, distributor, plugs and plug wires, muffler, rims and tires are all gone but it could have been a lot worse so i am greatful for that!

I do have one question though, i havnt started it yet since i dont have all the ignition stuff back in it yet, so is there anything that i should check or look for before starting it up? I just hope the engine wasnt messed with or harmed in anyway.

 

Make sure all the engine harness and all plugs are still intact..

Visually check all the wiring..

Then get the components your missing and try to start it up.

 

besides checking your under your hood, you should also check ur fuse boxes...good to hear u got your car back though

also besides the wiring..just make sure it has oil in it!..not likely that they drained it..but might as well check it.
