i have no brake lights or horn....i checked the bulbs and the fuse and they are all ok..... could it be a ground problem?where is the ground located for the brake lights?could that cause the horn to not work also?

any advice would help at this point......let me know asap...plz

my car doesnt have a horn either haha sucks.

 

your fuse is blown because you ahve a short in a wire.

 

Have you checked the relays are well? Try that and double check the fuses from the bottom of the steering column and also under the hood.
