NEED HELP, evap code
My car keeps throwing an EVAP code (P0453)
I replaced the EVAP... 3 times, and
I replaced all hose,
I'm not sure what else to check.
I need to pass emissions, but it won't with that code.
Sometimes the code comes out within a mile or two, other times it doesn't show up for 300+ miles. Never fails to show up when ever I get close to the emissions place
My car is a '97 Civic DX with a mini-me (Y7 block, Y8 head)
Running off of a P2P (OBD2a) ecu.
I have all sensors (oil pressure, vtec solenoid, knock sensor) wired in.
What else can I check / change?

Re: NEED HELP, evap code (ejprimo)
Thanks, this will really help.
I was able to reset it and pass the emissions, but I know it'll pop up in a day or two.
Since I passed it, I'll be running the engine off of P28 till next emissions test, so I'm ok for now, but I'll definitely take care of it so I wouldn't have to worry about it later.
