01 GSR intro 93 hatch
Alright guys, search is not my friend. Been on here for years just to lazy to check. But tell me this, I've done numorous motor swaps but always used the same harness for my car. Maybe i should have done the same with this one but decided to try out the harness that came with the motor its a 01 integra gsr motor and i was told that it should be plus and play. I have a PMR swap in it before and did not have a problem with the tach at ALL. But i took out the PMR swap and put in the GSR and drove it and no TACH signal at all.
I was told by a friend that when he swapped in the same motor it happened to him also. He said that he ran a single wire from the tach wire by the firewall and ran it to the dizzy and it worked. Tried that and didnt but im wondering what side of the dizzy, Female or Male? HM. im stumpped anyone got any ideas?!

I dont remember which wire either but that should have worked my boy had the same problem as for which side of the harness i dont think it matters as long as you are getting signal.
