I know this is a much discussed topic, but I'm stuck. I installed complete power doors and floor harness yet nothing works. My question is do both plugs to the fuse block on the new harness go on the back? Also I found a white cap connected to a gray plug bolted to the body just below where the drivers side harness goes out to the door connected to a bunch of black wires. I read from the link below that this "needs to be disconnected and removed from the body" is this correct? or is that just to make room while working?
Please help, I spent all weekend installing all this and was very fustrated when nothing worked...no power windows, locks, mirrors nothing. only the door speakers
