Got new car. Had fog lights but the wires were cut off for show. Need help hooking it up?!

Got new car. Had fog lights but the wires were cut off for show. Need help hooking it up?!
Hey I just got my car and the wires for the fog lights are cut off at the lights for show. Any way I can hook this up?

yep just need to run the wires to a switch then run the switch to power and ground.
