Default Why is my PGM-FI light on?

I have a 1987 civic si with the stock D15. Its all stock for that matter. The other day it quit running so we pulled the plugs and turned it over and it blew gas out of the cylinders. Now, we can get it running, but as soon as the PGM-FI light kicks on iy starts running like crap. Anybody know whats going on? Thanks

you are throwing a code. the PGM Fi light is our check engine light. peer under your passenger seat. there is your computer. there will be anywhere from 1-4 LED's lit. figure out which ones are lit, and go to http://www.redpepperracing.com and check out the service manual there to figure out what they mean.
