can you confirm ZC hp specs?
I called a shop about he zc engine and he said he's got the SOHC and DOHC versions of the zc engine. He said the sohc makes 125 hp and the dohc makes 137? I thought there was only the dohc zc which made 130ps and the sohc version was the 108hp si motor we have here.

I'm pretty sure there was no US dohc 4g civic. The best they sent was the sohc 108hp 1.6L Si. I found a link claiming the jdm zc engine pops out 137 bhp, so its true. It didn't say anything about their sohc version tho.
from what I understand, "ZC" is a generic term, as the SOHC (D16A6) from the 88-91 Civic Si's is also a ZC, as is the DOHC JDM engine of the
same vintage (D16A8 & D16A9). The Integra units are also ZC's (D16A1). As far as horsepower goes, it depends which references you read,
and which market the engine came from.

yep, i found another site claiming the dohc novtec "zc" has 130bhp. So does the old integra zc's have the same enige mounts as the 4g civic?
