Default 2002 Accord A/C Low pressure reading too high

The a/c in my gfs car stopped blowing cold air so I got a recharge kit from the auto store thinking it just needs a recharge. When I went to take the low pressure reading it was at 150psi. I thought I might have checked the wrong valve, but I double checked and it had a blue cap with "L" written on it. I also checked the fuse box and its not the A/C fuse.

Anyone know what the problem may be and how to fix it?

150 psi on low side would seem to indicate a blockage in the system. get it properly diagonsed and what is the pressure on the high side?
