ok, i have a D15B VTEC JDM motor. i have a 98 HX Chasis. I have a P08 ECU with OBD2(A) to OBD1 harness. whenever i start the car, its like my car is not getting enough fuel or not shooting enough fuel into the engine?? i dunno. when it finally starts and idles really low... maybe 200-300 rpm, i step on the gas and try to accelerate fast it has the slowest acceleration! it doesn't go... but it will... slowly. then i have no power within all of my gears, i am still able to get to 60, 65 mph, but you can feel there is no power especially up a SLIGHT hill it will just drop to 50.... i don't get it, its not normal. fuel problem?? someone help!
