Here's the facts so you can help eliminate some scenarios.
-I'm using the SOHC DX fuel line from filter to rail.
-I have CELs but the scanner can't scan jdm ecus (p73).
-I don't have the vtec solenoid and knock sensor plugged in but I read you can drive normally without it. Just no vtec.
-The tiny nipple on the back of the intake manifold that points towards the firewall isn't covered and it sucks air. If I close it with my finger over it, the engine starts to die out and turn off. I tried keeping it sealed before starting but the engine just starts but stays at very low rpms (200).
-if I just start the car it idles at 500-700 all day. And stays there. If I hold the gas at 2,500 rpms for example, it fluctuates. Goes up and down up and down between 2,500 to 1,500.
- I reprint the b plug on the harness for the IACV sensor and that's it. I didn't do the vtec and knok because it's not wired and I didn't do the cfk sensor because jdm ecus don't have that sensor. And I didn't do the fuel pump relay repin because it's a 97 so no immobilizer.
-I'm using my stock dx wiring harness. I did the rewrite 3-2 IACV plug. I put the yellow wire on top and blue at the bottom. I also rewire the SOHC intake plug to the sensor on one of the intake manifold sensor that's on one of 4 arms. Sort of say. The map and tps sensor Im sure I didnt mix the

to check the code, jump the service connector. you can't scan a jdm ecu anyway, as it is not in the ecu to do so.

Yea one of codes was 8. Tdc sensor. I checked the obd2b to obd2a dizzy adapter and a couple wires popped out. Popped them in and reset the ecu. Car runs better. No code 8. Only got code 23 which I'm wiring the knock sensor now and code 41 which imma try and switch the first an secondary o2 sensor plugs.
