car dies immediately when i touch the throttle

when im idling, if i touch the gas at all it dies. turbo gsr with a basemap. do i need to adjust the throttle tip in or?

fixed. had the 5v and signal wire on the map switched. lmao. it was seeing 38psi at idle.

lol i've seen this happen so many times. Sometimes people have the tps and map switched and it does that.

i need to know about THROTTLE BODY. does the thorttle has to have a gasket on it... because i have a str 68mm tb that did not came with a gasket...
