Default installed skunk 2 70mm throttle need help

i just put the new tb on my 95 rs integra w/ greddy turbo kit and now when i disengage the a/c idle jump to 2k and normal idle is around 1k.i set the tps to the same ohms as factory tps during install and i even double checked the voltage on the center pin while installed on car and it reads .47 closed and 5v wot.i am a little suspicious of the history of this tb because i picked it up used at a good price and i suspect the previous owner was having probs and may jacked around with something o nthe tb itself.also i had to used the factory gasket and some of the ports on the gasket side of the tb are a little different than stock but i think the have something to do with the map sensor.any of you gurus have any ideas?thanks in advance

make sure that the gasket is sealing the whole perimeter of the throttle body, ive seen gaskets made for older throttle bodys that leave a large portion of the newer style throttle body open, causing huge vacum leak.

also, make sure the throttle cable is not holding the throttle plate open.

if its not the cable holding the plate open, adjust the throttle plate stop till the idle goes down, be sure to adjust it so it doesnt get stuck when its "closed"

Skunk2 suggest using copper gasket adhesive. I had the same problem and it continued happening. This is also why they are redesigning the design it self of the throttle body and its on major back order everywhere.
