I was looking for the test connector to find out a CEL and i looked under the steering wheel for 10min or so. i know what it looks like and have tested obd2 cars before. could somebody pinpoint the location of the test connector?

the car has an alarm on it and there is some wiring under the steering wheel im wondering if its hidden or somebody messed with it. I would just like someone to confirm the location so i can not waste my time anymore. i searched but nothing came up.

Its for a 97 base prelude

 

passenger side, kick panel.

 

I actually looked there real quick but didnt really pay attention ill check in the morning and see if its there.
