Stock D16A6,D16Z6 and D16Y8 Cams
Intake.....007-.009" (.17-.22mm)
Exhaust...009-.011" (.22-.27mm)

should be near the same to these numbers

Tighter is better...I'd go for a .007 and .009 myself. But if it continues, just might be a bearing? Ran low on oil lately?

y7 doesn't have lost motion assembly (no vtec) and the specs are on the emissions sticker on the underside of the hood

Don't go too tight. Keep the car in factory specs, there is reason why there are specs to begin with.

What you have to understand is these cars have noisy heads to begin with, as well as injector click. You can adjust the valves until your ready to pull your hair out and still have a clicking engine. It's just how they are.

A messed up bearing will cuase a "knock". I have heard many spun bearings in my life, and never once heard one click.
