Its not the twin loop... I dont know if they had an older exhaust, but it does have a JASMA badge which if it was a USDM copy, it wouldnt have. It was built ouside this country.

It very well could be an older Mugen piece. I dont know much about the parts before the ones on the king site.

BUt it is NOT the current Mugen exhaust as its not a twin loop.

 

Well it does kinda look like the pre-Twin Loop Mugen DC2 piece, Id have to check my old catalog at home. It damn sure aint "Titanium" though!

actually the tip is almost the same as the US spec for the civic SI '99-'00 coupe.

you can ordered a Mugen axle-back exhaust which have the same tip as the pic above.

the tips are different are as compare to the ITR Mugen, and kinda looks the same but don't quote on me.

yes it is the real thing.. i have that exhaust for a long time. it came out in 94 so it is pretty old. mine is not as dinged as that one though. i dont know how all those door dings hit it. i only have one from a spped bump.

 

oh yeah one more thing it is not titanium for ****. the whole thing is stainless steel. i bought it when it came out for like 1100 us dollars. it is quieter than the twin loop but for performance it is not the best.

 

Yeah it looks like it is the real deal after all. Here is a scan of the Mugen DC2 exhaust circa 1994-95. Looks like the one on ebay, although obviously that one has seen better days!

that is the exact ad i saw when i bought mine. that is pretty cool. the exhaust is made for jdm gsr integra. before type-r was introduced in 1996. cool pic

 

Great pix, I have seen this kinda Mugen exhaust in Hong Kong before. Very old skool.

 

Yes that is the real thing my friend has that same exact exauhst on his 94 gsr it cost him 1400 when he got it back then. You know not every mugen exhaust has been twin loop that's just the new design.

 

Hell, no reserve and starting at $250... Not a bad deal if it goes for near that price.
