so i'm guessing a stock integra header has a 2.25 inch collector and the JDM ITR header has a 2.5 inch. So what are my options as far as putting this on my gsr?

The stock USDM header/manifold has a 2.0" collector. To install a JDM header (which is also a different length than the '94-'99 GS-R manifold), you'll need a custom cat or test pipe. My recommendation would be to contact SMSP for a bolt-on cat.
