2.5 header collector

If I get a header with a 2.5 inch collector will it fit my stock cat or will I need a larger cat? and where will I get a 2.5 inch donut gasket

You'll need a 2.5" custom cat, which you can order from SMSP along with the 2.5" gasket.

You'll have to find out the dimensions, but for that price, I'd stick with SMSP.
