F-Max Or Drag Gen 3????
I have a 95 si with a jdm gsr motor and I want to put a turbo kit on my motor. I want to use the car as a daily driver and run around 8-10 psi. I have looked at the content of both kits and done a-lot of searching on the subject but I can't figure out which kit would be the best to go with? I was just wondering if any of you guys had experience with either kit, and if you would list the pros and cons of either system. Thank you and I cant wait to become part of the boosted community

I would say drag 3.... I don't know if I need to explain why...
otherwise get the fmax without the mf2 junk and get a fmu+inline if thats the case..
Or get either and ditch BOTH their fuel setups and get hondata, aem ems, dfi or other REAL standalone and you'll have a REAL reliable fast car, thats what it comes down to. Your not gonna wanna be boosting more then 5-7 psi on a gsr motor with a fmu or mf2 cause it won't be reliable for long.... higher compression makes things a little more touchy when it comes to detonation since if you don't go standalone there is ALOT of room for detonation and lean conditions to happen which = blown motor....

i installed an f-max on my car and a drag kit, and i gotta say that the f-max was of way higher quality. it seems like they put more r&d into it, whereas drag is sorta like a pre-fab custom kit (sorry if that made no sense). like on the drag mani, theres no way you can easily slip in the bolt for the bottom center hole (i used a stuf and nut and cant get my dipstick in now). f-max fitment was way better. you can order it w/o the mf2 stuff, but i'd take that setup over an fmu and inline anyday (even tho that works). i also didnt like how i had to weld the downpipe to the cat. f-max came with one that had a flange on the other end that was a direct bolt up.
