which head is better 4 ls/vtec

want to know which head is better b17 or a b18c1 head

ive heard the b16 heads are best, b16b and b18c5 are the type r head.... integra and civic which are best, or so ive heard

hmmm basically the same motor. i would say b18c1 since you are using another 1.8L bottom end.

i heard the b17 head has bigger cams and the b16 are better 4 boost but iam going all motor
