Default electrical power

I need some help from some fellow h-t members here. I have a 92 civic with a stock motor in it right now. no real mods or anything. Not too long ago some of you may remember i was having a new power problem every other day, changing all my grounds with ones 4x as big did a world of difference. still, when i turn the ac on it suddenly loses like a ridiculous amount of power. it's ok as long as i don't want to get anywhere fast, i just upped my idle and my throttle a little bit and it doesn't have much of a problem. But this weekend I am going to get an amp and sub for it, and i don't want my lights dimming and **** just because i got the air on and my music too loud. Any ideas what i can do?
