What's the difference between the Integra Type R(b18c5) 97 and below vs the 98 and above????

I want to buy the b18c5, but is the 98+ R engine that much better? What EXACTLY is different? Gearing? Cams? Compression? Give me the details.

Also, when did they start making the Type R? 96?

also i believe 97 and down has 4x114.3 lug, and 98+ has 5x114.3

00+ itr cams is upgrade to ctr spec...so 00 Itr engine is better then 97,98.
