97 and 98+ differences

What are the differences between the 97 and 98+ ITR? Is it just the final drive ratio?

97 and 98 have the same final drive and gear ratios.
98+ has different front/rear bumpers.
No rear wiper on 97?

I do not know what else is different between 97's and 98+.

97-98 have slightly different cams than the 00-01.
